We offer a range of short training modules designed for NDIS Providers who want to operate without the overwhelm and confusion. This practical training gives you the knowledge, tools, and clarity you need to operate ethically, safely and professionally.
Who it’s for: Small to medium NDIS providers including Allied Health Professionals and Independent Support Workers. Our learning may also assist Team Leaders and Service Delivery Managers in refreshing their skills.

Q: Do I need to be NDIS registered to do this training?
A: No. our training modules are designed specifically for NDIS Providers
Q: Will I be NDIS registered after I do this training?
A: No. This training does not lead to NDIS registration. It focuses on helping you operate compliantly as an NDIS provider.
Q: Do I need any qualifications?
A: No, there are no formal prerequisites, but this training is best suited to people who deliver or plan to deliver services as an NDIS provider.
Q: How is the training delivered?
A: Our training is delivered in short online modules. Each module covers different topics. You can sign up for just one or come to all of them.
Q: How long is the training?
A: Each module will take about 2 hours of your time to go through the learning and then allow time for questions.
Q: Will I receive a certificate on completion?
A: No. This training is not registered or accredited, so no formal certificate is issued. The focus and the value come from practical guidance and increased confidence to put what you’ve learned into action.
Q: Can I ask questions during and after the training?
A: Yes. Support and guidance are available throughout the training, with opportunities to ask questions and clarify understanding.
Q: How many people will be in a training session?
A: We aim to have between 3-10 attendees per session to ensure a small-group environment that encourages interaction, discussion and a more informative learning experience.
