Our clients are at the centre of everything we do and that will always be the case.
We promise to support you through the sometimes challenging world of the NDIS. We care about what we do and the people we support so you can count on us staying true to our values - being honest and upfront....everytime!
Agile understands that the NDIS is about all participants having choice and control. We will support you to have the confidence to manage your NDIS journey your way. We will always tailor supports to suit you, and if you need us to change, we will!
We strive to provide you with a quality, professional service at the best possible price. With Agile you will get the most up to date knowledge and guidance around all things NDIS. We can take the stress and confusion and turn it into knowledge and power so that you can get the results you are after.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Paul had a vision for an organisation that would deliver Support Coordination differently. "Agile is small, we are independent and we have a team of amazing Support Coordinators that are truly invested in empowering our clients. When you call, we will answer, when you need information or assistance, we will respond."
Paul has worked in various roles throughout the industry including Support Worker, Life Skill Coordinator, Individual Plan Advisor and Community Development Officer before launching Agile in 2018.
His strengths are his extensive knowledge of local disability services, his commitment to his clients and his drive to deliver innovative and responsive services that really make a difference.
When he is not working, Paul is busy being a Dad to his two girls - Laura & Caitlin. He is an enthusiastic West Tigers supporter who enjoys camping, bike rides and trying to catch the occasional fish!!
Charmaine also has over 20 years of professional and personal disability experience. She has held various roles from a Support Worker to an Operations Manager but she says the most important role is her role as a parent - which she jokes "in that role you could have 10 different hats on in one day!"
Charmaine is very passionate that people with disabilities and their families can live their very best life. She believes in empowering people with information to support informed decisions. She knows that there is not a one-size-fits-all model and will help you or the people you care for unpack a plan to best suit the needs of the individual. Charmaine understands the privilege that it is to support people and this shows in the way she works.
Outside of her work life Charmaine is a wife to Jimmy and Mum to Max who has Down Syndrome and Hirsprung Disease. She loves spending time with her family, friends, cooking, supporting the West Tigers and visiting different places.
Karen's journey in the disability sector began during her year ten work experience, marking the inception of a remarkable 20-year career. Her diverse roles, ranging from support worker to day program manager, showcase her commitment to various aspects of disability support, including transition to work, early intervention transition to school, post-school options, and employment. Over the past seven years, Karen has thrived as an independent support worker, forging meaningful connections with providers and community organisations. Her wealth of experience is a testament to her dedication and impact in the disability sector.
Karen is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring all clients receive the best support possible. Her commitment to excellence is rooted in a genuine desire to make a positive impact and create meaningful relationships with those she works with.
Karen’s commitment to openness fosters transparent communication, while her belief in the power of continuous education drives her to expand her knowledge, ensuring she continues to provide the best possible assistance.
During her leisure hours, Karen prioritises quality time with her four children, two of whom are serving as members of the Royal Australian Navy in WA, one who is a local mathematics teacher and another who is completing their studies. The family shares a keen interest in sports and community engagement. Karen is actively involved in the Tamworth Netball Association, where she can be found frequently umpiring netball matches.
